Tony's Transformation

Game changer, silver bullet, tipping point. All words to describe Toby's CMT Training. Through out my fitness journey I have discovered the "mind muscle connection". However, Toby has introduced me to the next level of time under tension. CMT training has provided me another tool on my tool belt in order to increase my gains while decreasing weight and time. This training not only stimulates the muscle to a new capacity but also reduces injury while using less weight. I met Toby just after I hurt my shoulder working out. He introduced me to CMT training, which is designed for intense yet injury-free style of working out.
